The dolls are made of the premium medical-grade lifelike TPE material and comes with an internal solid and articulated metal skeleton. Our dolls have been verified through CE, ETR, EN71 standards. Our dolls do not contain any harmful, toxic or itchy material or chemicals. We guarantee the sexy doll what you see from the pictures is exactly the doll what you will get in hands!

3. Once the production is completed, we thoroughly inspect every detail and send the doll to you in well-packed discreet packaging.
4. We will do the customs clearance for you and assume any additional charges.
5. The doll arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.

Please kindly note that you can only cancel your order before the production has not yet been processed. Once your order is in production or it has been more than 36 hours, whether the order can be cancelled will depend on the production progress.
We will double confirm with you the order details and address after the payment is confirmed, so you can let us know if you find there is any mistake in your order and we will change it ASAP.

  • Since TPE is sensitive to the high-temperature heat, please always keep her away from any heating sources and take care if you want to dry your doll up with a hair dryer.
  • Use only water-based lubricant, soap, and bath lotions. Silicone or petroleum based lubes can damage your doll’s skin.
  • Do not her on newspaper, dark-colord material, oil based surfaces, or any items containing inks.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

We start making your order within 8 hours after your payment is confirmed. It will take around 10-15 business days for your doll to reach you, but it may vary depending on location, weather conditions, political event etc. In the event of an unavoidable delay may occur during the delivery of your doll, we will notify you via email in time. You’ll always be updated for the latest tracking information.

We provide four payment methods: PayPal, Credit cards (Visa or Mastercard), Bank transfer, or Bitcoin to make purchases.

If you chose to pay via the Paypal or Credit card, the payment will be processed through the gateway normally within an hour. If you made your order via Bank Transfer or Bitcoin, please leave your Order ID or name for our reference.

We have a thorough inspection process of every single doll from head to toes, in another word to say, the doll will not be granted to leave from the factory before we give our approval for her to come to your home. Plus we can ensure any customized options that you have specially requested are taken care of to your specifications. And in case if there is a mistake in your order or a significant defect with your sex doll, we will compensate, assist you in repair, or completely replace your doll at no cost to you.

Yes, we ship our products worldwide, however, — please note that we cannot ship to Islamic countries, Muslim countries, Indonesia, and Africa due to the policies. — Please contact us to let us know if you have questions about shipment if you live in other countries.
